Every effort will be made by (seller) to insure that the dog(s) is/are
delivered in a healthy and sound condition. In order to facilitate this, there
will be an examination of the puppy(ies) by a licensed veterinarian before
the delivery of the puppy(ies) and the buyer will receive a certificate of
good health at the time of delivery. In order to activate the guarantee as
described herein, it will be necessary for the buyer to have an examination
by a veterinarian, at the buyer's expense within 72 hours of the puppy
leaving the seller's home and to provide proof of such examination to
seller within seven days of the date of delivery.
If the buyer complies with the veterinarian’s examination as set forth in
paragraph 1, then the seller guarantees the puppy until 1 year of age
against any life threatening congenital defects. If the puppy has a life
threatening congenital defect it will be replaced with the first available
puppy of the same value from the seller, as soon as possible. However,
the original puppy must be returned (at the buyer's expense) before a new
puppy can be delivered. The seller will pay for the expense of sending the
replacement puppy as well as the crates or kennels used in the shipping.
In the event of death, an autopsy must be performed, (at the buyer’s
expense), by a licensed veterinarian of the seller's choice to determine the
exact cause of death.
No guarantee is made against viral infections. Vaccine is not 100%
protective. We DO NOT give Lepto or Lyme vaccine.
We DO NOT recommend getting a Rabies shot, Puppy shot,
Heartworm/Flea control on the same day. This is very overwhelming to
your small puppy(ies). DO NOT vaccinate puppy(ies) that has arrived in a
new environment, under stress, or not eating well. If your Veterinarian
vaccinates this puppy(ies) within 30 days of you receiving this puppy(ies)
this warranty will be null and void. Your puppy(ies) must have an
acclimation period.
It is expressly understood that hypoglycemia is excluded from this
guarantee. The seller has informed the buyer of the signs of hypoglycemia
and instructed buyer to call a licensed veterinarian for immediate care.
This Guarantee is not assignable and is not valid if the puppy dog is sold
to a third party.
The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills the purchaser may
incur regarding said puppy prior to notification of the congenital condition.
Seller's sole liability on the above guarantee shall be limited to
replacement with a puppy of equal value. In no event will seller be liable for
any expense incurred by the buyer. There are no refunds!!! No exceptions!!
Other than the guarantee set forth herein, there are no other warranties,
express or implied. Seller does not guarantee size of puppies. Luxating
Patellas are excluded from this guarantee.
The buyer agrees to never sell said puppy to a pet shop, broker, puppy
mill, or another dog breeder.
Buyer of puppy(ies) agrees to feed and purchase
the exact type of food, drink and vitamin supplements that puppy is
accustomed to or warranty of said puppy(ies) will be null and void.
