6-7 weeks DPV
8-11 weeks VANGUARD PLUS 5
12-15 weeks VANGUARD PLUS 5
16 weeks VANGUARD PLUS 5
5-6 months VANGUARD PLUS 5
Each Vaccine should be given at least 3-4 weeks apart and only give one
vaccine at a time again very important >>>
NEVER MORE THAN ONE VACCINE AT A TIME at least 3-4 weeks apart!
If you are traveling a lot with your puppy you may need to wait longer than 3-4 weeks
apart before next vaccine is given.

NEVER GIVE THE FOLLOWING VACCINATIONS TO YOUR PUPPY

These vaccines have been reported to have serious reactions in small breed Teacup
and Toy puppies.
:WARNING:
We have found numerous reactions to bordetella vaccinations and have only given
these to your
puppy under supervisory conditions.
Puppy should not receive another bordetella
vaccine until his/her ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY.

We Strongly Recommend using much CAUTION when your Veterinarian administers the
RABIES VACCINE. If you and your Veterinarian choose to give the rabies vaccine
please use extra caution. Every puppy is different and requires special care that fits
his/her needs.
We recommend waiting to administer the Rabies Vaccine after you puppy has reached
his/her ONE YEAR BIRTHDAY.
:IMPORTANT:
Always consult with your Veterinarian for the care of your puppy. You should always
feel at ease with the care and attention to detail your veterinarian gives to you and
your puppy. If you do not feel comfortable at all times with your current veterinarian
then it may be time to search for a veterinarian that will meet your needs.
Your puppy is smaller than most breeds. Your puppy requires a much more different
approach when providing and administering health and medical care.
